What is a Brand Referral Bonus (BRB) and how do you get it?

What is the Brand Referral Bonus (BRB)?

The Brand Referral Bonus is an approximate 10% credit of the sales from external traffic that you have brought in to Amazon that has been properly tagged with Attribution.

 

How do you get the BRB?

You must be registered as a brand owner selling in the United States on Amazon. In order to become registered as a brand, you will need to have an active registered trademark and then apply through Amazon to be a brand owner. Resellers are not eligible for this bonus.

Once you are a brand owner on Amazon, make sure to enroll in the Brand Referral Bonus program in your Amazon Ads console.

Here is where to enroll in your Amazon Ads console:

 

Step 1: Click on the "Attribution" icon

Step 2: Click on the "enroll" button.

Lastly, when setting up an Ampd campaign, simply toggle on Ampd Attribution and all conversions this campaign generates will qualify you for your Brand Referral Bonus!

If you already have a campaign running, you will want to make sure Ampd Attribution is turned on. Check your campaign by clicking the details. Under the Edit Campaign, you should see the Amazon Attribution Behavior.

 

Where do I receive the BRB?

It takes approximately two months for you to receive the Amazon Brand Referral Bonus and it will show up in your Seller account's Transaction Details or in your Bonus Report through Amazon.
