How to Cancel Your Ampd Account
This article is a step by step on how to cancel your Ampd account.
Ampd Self-Serve Customers:
1. Log in to your Ampd account
2. Select the "chat" button on the bottom left-hand side of the page
3. Request to cancel within the support chat. When the chat is unable to find a "help article" on cancellation, select that you need more help, and submit a cancellation ticket.
5. Once submitted, the support team will respond within 24 hours to the ticket request via email.
Ampd Management|Enterprise Customers:
1. Send your account manager an email with your request to cancel. Your account manager will process your cancellation request.
Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted before the account renewal date.
