Applying Manual Attribution to Ads with the Message: "Unable to Setup Attribution"

Occasionally, Ampd may display a notification that says ‘Unable to set up attribution. This happens when Ampd doesn’t have full Meta permissions. Don’t worry — simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the check box beside the Meta campaign and select "Enable Ampd Attribution".

Step 2: Select "Manual Attribution".

Step 3: Select "Learn more" in the blue box that states "Additional action is required to enable attribution for this ad."

Step 4: Select the correct attribution profile. (Select Ampd Signal if applicable). Follow the instructions in your Ampd platform to update the Website URL, using the guide below as a reference.

Once complete, a green check mark will appear next to the ad within the Ampd platform.
